Saratoga Springs, NY, Madeleine Skelley, 92, passed away on February 8, 2015, at her residence in Prestwick Chase. Madeleine is survived by her sister Barbara Scanlon, son Jeffrey Skelley, and daughters Christine Schroeder and Madeleine McWilliams. A private service will be held July 10, 2015 at the Saratoga National Cemetery, where she will be placed with her husband.
