Fort Lauderdale, FL - Margaret (Maggie) Ellen Healy passed away Wednesday Nov. 2, 2011. She was 50. Born on Nov. 27, 1960 in Manhasset, NY, she was a daughter of the late John Martin Healy, who died on Nov. 11, 1996 and the late Kathleen Veronica Malone Healy, who died Dec. 1, 2001. She was also a granddaughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Holsapple) Malone and James Patrick and Michael Malone, Sr. Maggie is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen Healy-Gillen and Michael Gillen; her nephew and niece, Michael & Jacqueline Gillen, all of NY; one uncle, Michael Malone of West Palm Beach, FL; her aunt, Lucy (Bill) Karamitsos of Tampa, FL; several cousins and many friends. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Fort Lauderdale. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30pm Friday Nov. 11, 2011 at the family plot in St. Peters Cemetery, West Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY.
