Saratoga Springs, NY - Marianne E. Caruso Verro passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Wesley Health Care Center in Saratoga Springs.

Born January 22, 1937 in Troy, NY, she was the wife of Peter J. Verro who predeceased her in 2006. Marianne was a dedicated and loving mother, wife, grandmother and friend. She often worked as a teaching assistant with BOCES and regularly appeared and sang on a once favorite local TV show, Teenage Barn.

Survivors include one brother Albert Caruso and wife Beth of Sartaoga Springs; three sons, Michael A. Verro of Albany, Dominick J. Verro and wife Stephanie of Saratoga Springs, Peter J. Verro, Jr. and girlfriend Sherri Poland of Saratoga Springs;  five grandchildren, Nicholas Verro, Marissa Verro, Alexandra Verro, Mia Verro, Talia Verro and one great grandchild,  Kallie Verro.

Relatives and friends may call from 4pm to 7pm Monday, April 3 and from 11am to 12noon Tuesday, April 4 at the William J. Burke & Sons Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (584-5373). Funeral services will be at noon conducted by Rev. Thomas H. Chevalier. Burial will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Duell Road, Schuylerville where Marianne will be laid to rest with her one true love Peter.
