Saratoga Springs – Marvin E. Ogden, 84, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. He was born on August 14, 1934 to the late Harold and Emeline Ogden.

Marvin started working for the Golub Corporation as a teenager, eventually becoming a store manager and retiring in 1996. Outside of work, he was a member of the Baldwin Hunting Club in Stony Creek, NY. He loved hunting and fishing, but he especially loved his family.

He was married to the love of his life, Elizabeth "Lisa" Fusco Ogden, for 64 years. In addition to Elizabeth he is survived by his five children; Gary Ogden (Anne), Donna Menshausen, Dean Ogden (Irene), Neil Ogden (Crissy), and Gina Norton, 11 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Marvin has one surviving brother, Warren Ogden (Mary) and is predeceased by siblings; Esther Harvey, Mary Susselman, Raymond Ogden.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10am-12pm on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs.

Burial will follow calling hours in Greenridge Cemetery, Lincoln Ave., Saratoga Springs.

In lieu of flowers, Marvin's family is requesting donations be made in his memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or www.stjude.org . Marvin would frequently donate to this organization and its cause.
