She was a fan of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. In her younger years she bowled with the Firecracker League. She was especially fond of family gatherings and was always ready to provide the occasion with homemade Italian cookies. Mary was awarded a life-time membership from the Saratoga Springs Parent-Teachers Association in 1967 for her many contributions to school affairs.
