Saratoga Springs, NY - Mary Beth (Springer) Bootier, 62, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Saratoga Hospital. Born on Oct. 11, 1950 in Saratoga Hospital, she is a daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Mahar) Springer. Married to Philip G. Bootier for 38 years, they resided on Lincoln Avenue. Mary attended the former St. Peter's Academy, was trained in calligraphy in Schenectady and enjoyed sketching and caring for animals. In addition to her husband Phil, survivors include her sisters, Beverly Harnish of Nelson Ave. in Saratoga Springs, Patricia Lane of Chesapeake, VA and three nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by her parents and one sister, the late Ruth Schermerhorn. There were no calling hours and burial was conducted at the Gerald B.H.
