Saratoga Springs, NY - Mary E. (Oliver) Bradley of Ballston Ave. passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was 62. Born Oct. 25, 1946 in Saratoga Springs Mary was the daughter of Violet Oliver of Saratoga Springs and the late Charles R. (Dick) Oliver. She worked at Skidmore College in dining services for 42 years. She was passionate in helping needy families at Christmas time. Mary was a person that will always be remembered for her stubbornness and at the same time the one who would go out of her way to help someone in need. She looked forward to her trips to Atlantic City. One of her favorite things to do was "feed the horses" at the race track. Mary was a Yankee fan and never missed a game while enjoying her box of wine. In addition to her father, Mary was predeceased by a brother, Charles Oliver; her grandparents, Jesse and Frances Clark and a step-son, David Bradley. Survivors include her loving husband John W. (Jack) Bradley of Saratoga Springs; her mother Violet of Saratoga Springs; a daughter Tracy (John) Bateholts of Gansevoort; stepchildren Alinda (CK) Nichols and Aleah (Kirk) Wendell of Saratoga Springs; step-grandchildren Casey, Kayley and Chris Bradley all of Saratoga Springs and her step daughter-in-law Janice Bradley also of Saratoga Springs. Mary is also survived by two sisters, Joyce Oliver and Wanda Wren all of Saratoga Springs and two brothers, Jesse Oliver of Saratoga Springs and Richard (Becky) Oliver,Sr. of Florida and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 3 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm Friday, Oct. 2, 2009 at the William J. Burke & Sons/ Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (584-5373). Funeral services will be at 11am Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009 at the funeral home.
