Milton - Matthew W. Thomas, peacefully passed away on March 27, 2024, at his home, 331 Rowland St. Ballston Spa, NY 12020 surrounded by his loving family and friends.

He was born in Schenectady, NY on July 19, 1969, he was the son of Barbara A. and the late Robert C. Thomas. Matthew spent his entire adult life in Saratoga County and after completing school he followed in his father's footsteps and became a self-employed Dry Wall Finisher. Like his father he was known to be one of the best.

Matthew is survived by his children, Miley (Rob) Thomas and Matthew (Shannon) Thomas; grandchildren, Mason, Paislea, McKenzie, Logan, JoJo, Matthew, and one on the way. His grandchildren were the source of his pride and joy. He is also survived by brothers, Ron (Janice) Thomas and Mark (Ann) Thomas; sister, Julianne Thomas; many cousins, nieces and nephews, all remain close and will miss him dearly.

Matthew (Papa) was known to be the fun Papa with race cars, minibikes, snowmobiles, 4-wheelers, and side by sides, he enjoyed anything with a motor.

At the request of the family services will be private.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of his Life on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 4pm-7pm at Matthews sisters house located at 92 Trottingham Court Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
