Malta, N.Y. – Melissa Anne Miller passed away on the morning of May 3, 2018 at Saratoga Hospital. She was born on November 9, 1966 to the late Glenn Anderson and Clodianne (Hubbell) Miller, Jr.
Melissa and Neil Swingruber, Jr. were married for nearly 25 years. They settled in Malta where Melissa dedicated her life to raising their family. Melissa adored her children and was committed to the wellbeing of her immediate and extended family.
Survivors include her devoted husband, Neil; children Sara, Trey and Sam Swingruber; stepchildren Ryan, Anthony, Bradley and Sean Swingruber; sibling Mark Miller; in laws Neil and Doreen Swingruber, Sr.; and extended family members Kent, Jill, Emma and Nathan Sprotbery; Robert, Betty and Francis Ryan, Alli and Sidney Swingruber, Laurie Barnett and Julia Campos.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Melissa's name that will be used to award an annual scholarship to a deserving member of the Burnt Hills/Ballston Spa Hockey Team and to support the team.
