Corinth, NY - Michael S. Hamlin, 47, a resident of Corinth, died Saturday (October 5, 2013) at Saratoga Hospital, following a short battle with colorectal cancer. Born on June 28, 1966 in Glens Falls, he was the son of Martin Hamlin and Ellen Pallor and was married to Michele (Fuller) Hamlin for 24 years. Employed for 19 years at Quad Graphics in Saratoga Springs, he was an FMS Coordinator for Quad Graphics, which made him quite proud. His passion in life was his wife and his children. He never missed any of his children's music performances and also enjoyed trips with them to Disney, kayaking and cooking together. Mike also had a special spot in his heart for his dogs, Jasper, Skittles and Rocket, as Rocket made him smile every day. His second passion was his computer, as he was the computer professional all would turn to. Nothing was better to Mike than to spend an afternoon with his computer, building and reworking, being a computer guru and sharing his passion with his loved ones. In addition to his wife Michele and his beloved children Brenton and Emily, he is survived by his father Martin (spouse Merilee) of Chazy, NY, and mother Ellen Pallor, of Hudson Falls, NY; a brother, Mark Hamlin, spouse Nancy and their children of Queensbury, NY; a sister Lisa Snover, spouse Jeff and their children of Spencerport, NY; from his father's marriage to Merilee, Mike leaves behind brothers Jason and Shane and a sister Heidi; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Visiting hours will be from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7pm Friday (Oct. 11, 2013) at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs 584-5373. Mike will be sadly missed by all the hearts he touched in his years. His memory will live on forever. Michele will miss dearly their daily 12:12pm conversations.
