Greenfield Center, NY – Michael Wayne Willard, 67, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.

Michael was born on June 14, 1949 in Corinth, NY, he was the son of the late Oscar and Margaret Truelove Willard. He married Cheri Sadlon on September 3, 1977 and they lived in Greenfield Center.

Michael was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved to read old westerns and camping with his family and friends. He loved telling old stories, spending time with his family and he enjoyed his special companion, his little red haired dog Peaches.

Michael is survived by his wife Cheri; children Christopher, Shawn (Danielle), Sierra(Ginger); step-grandson Matthew and granddaughter Kaitlyn.

There will be no calling hours.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
