IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mildred "Polly"
Pauline Reagh
October 24, 1924 – May 2, 2020
Saratoga Springs, NY - Mildred Pauline Reagh (Polly), born October 24, 1924 passed away May 2, 2020.
On behalf of my family, I would like to thank everyone who was a friend to my grandmother over the years. We have received many phone calls, cards, text messages, meals, visits and thoughts and prayers. They have been comforting during this difficult time and a reminder of the way she affected and touched so many people. She loved everyone and life.
My name is Christina (Chris or Tina), I am Polly's granddaughter whom she lived with these past 7 years. She loved to visit with people, go to the movies, crochet towels, listen to music, travel to new places, keep in touch with her friends, soak up the sunshine and warm weather and she had a wonderful group of friends across the country in the two mail clubs she has belonged to since they began, SWAP and COF.
She was a very busy lady well into her 90's! She was a huge Braves fan when she was in Nashville and won two trips to go see them by calling in to answer a trivia question. She watched the Mets when she was living in New York unless the Braves were televised. She always had baseball on her TV and even wrote to all the players for birthdays and Christmas. She had amazing stories of her parents, aunts and growing up through the great depression and moving all over the country and Alaska, before it was a state, with my grandfather whom she missed very much.
Polly was 95 and passed away on May 2, 2020 at home here in Saratoga Springs, New York. She was the widow of Delbert Reagh. They shared many years together traveling, raising their three sons and loving. She is survived by two of her sons: Dale Reagh and life partner Judy Ruhl, James Reagh and wife Royanne, her nine grandchildren: Christina and husband Scott Spencer, Benjamin and wife Kristin Reagh, Rachel and husband Jeff Baxter, Kristina and husband Tim Kelso and Victor Thomason, thirteen great-grandchildren: Justin Spencer and Heather Lynch, Zachary and Jessica Spencer, Mitchel Spencer, Brody Spencer, Maddison Spencer, Timothy and Allison Reagh, Ezekiel and Zara Baxter, Landon and Kaiden Kelso, and two great-great-grandchildren: Ryker and Maddox Spencer. She lost her oldest son, Dan Reagh before his time.
Her family will have an intimate memorial for her at a later date to symbolize her being forever with all those she has loved and lost.
