Hudson, FL.- Patricia Ann (Sam) D'Aluisio, formerly of Saratoga Springs, passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer and COPD. Patricia was born in Brooklyn on May 30, 1944, the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Devivo D'Aluisio. After working 18 years as a financial consultant at the Bank of NY in New York City, Pat moved to Saratoga Springs where she worked as a medical secretary at 9 West Medical Building and took over care of her mother Anna who lived with her. In 2002, she moved to Hudson, Florida to be near her brother and sister-in-law, John and Loretta D'Aluisio. She made many friends and really enjoyed the year round flower gardening and warm winters. She loved all things of nature and was very appreciative of the beauty of birds, flowers and beautiful sunsets. Most of all, Pat enjoyed the weekly shopping trips and lunches with Loretta who she referred to as her "Guardian Angel". Pat's favorite prayer was the Prayer to St. Theresa. In addition to John and Loretta, Pat is survived by her nephews, Gary and Frank D'Aluisio and several cousins and many friends. A funeral service will be at 11am Friday Oct. 2, 2009 at the funeral home, by the Rev. Michael G. Cambi.
