Saratoga Springs - Patricia Ann Joubert peacefully returned to the Lord on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Wesley Health Care Center after a brief illness.

Born on January 27, 1940 in Schuylerville, NY she was the daughter of the late Doric and Monica Wood. Pat was a 1957 graduate of Schuylerville High School.

In addition to raising her 4 children, "Mrs. Joubert," as many fondly remember her by, worked at Price Chopper for many years until her retirement in 2005.

She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, whether it was at Halloween, celebrating Christmas, doing puzzles, or making them spaghetti dinner. She was also an avid Yankees fan.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Charles Wood, Frances Norton, and Barbara Laviano.

She is remembered with love by her husband William Joubert Sr. and her children William (Irene) Joubert Jr., Toni (Dave)Traver, Bernadette Joubert, and Adam (Sue) Joubert. She will be dearly missed as "Nanny" by her grandchildren Melissa Joubert, Jamie Joubert, Kayla (Rehman) Kurji, Brittney Tree, Hayden Tree, and Carly Joubert; along with Sophia Kurji, her first great grandchild, whom she recently met and spent time with which brought her much joy before her passing.  She is also survived by her siblings Mary Farrell, Doric (Joyce) Wood, Marie Smith, John Wood and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass for Patricia at 10am Monday, Nov. 13, 2017 at St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs. Burial will follow in Greenridge Cemetery, Lincoln Ave.
