Saratoga Springs, NY - Our beloved mom and sister, Patricia Ann Winbauer passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2011 after a brief illness. Pinki was born in Glens Falls, NY on December 20, 1956, the fifth and youngest daughter of Frances and Hans Winbauer. Pinki graduated from Queensbury High School in 1974 and attended college at Yankton College, South Dakota. She married Joseph Lambert in 1983, and was the loving Mom of son Patrick Lambert and stepson Jason Lambert. Pinki loved people and, always seeing the best in us, she helped us all live the lighter side of life. Her family and her many good friends will miss her easy smile, her love, her warm and open heart. She loved an adventure, loved to have fun. Growing up, from skiing at Hickory to swimming at Huddle Bay to the summer days spent at camp, and then, while raising her family, living and working in Saratoga Springs, she made lasting friends throughout her lifetime. Pink was always there to lend a hand or a shoulder. Family, and those friendships are what she treasured most. She is survived by sons Patrick Lambert of Saratoga Springs, Jason Lambert and his partner Adam Foti of San Diego; sisters Bunny Campbell and her husband Andy of Syracuse, Sue Catana of Stony Creek, Judy Alden and her husband John of Indian Lake, Lee Fleming and her husband Mike of Queensbury; nieces Kelli Catana, Julie Allen and her husband Jay, Beth Rockwell and her husband Scott, Sara Sullivan and her husband Brendan; nephews Tom Catana, Brent Haviland and his wife Lindsay, and many cousins, grand nieces and grand nephews. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Friends are invited to join Pinki's family for a celebration of her life on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 1 to 4pm at the Eagles Club, 175 County RT. 22 (Crescent Ave.), Saratoga Springs. Our family wishes to thank all of her friends who stepped up to help during Pinkys illness and all of those who have loved and supported her through the good times and the bad.
