Saratoga Springs, NY- Paul E Aubry, on August 27th, 2022 at 2:20 PM Paul, having recently achieved his goal of reaching 98 years old; responded to a Higher Power's request for an Engineer, Builder, Mr. Fix-It and Adventurer.
Born to Beatrice and Emil Aubry in 1924 in Astoria, NY he has two surviving siblings: Adrienne and Patricia, and two deceased: Richard and Louise.
Paul was a WWII Army Air Corp Veteran serving as a radar repairman, which inspired his interest in communications, resulting in him being a dedicated career AT&T employee for over 45years. He loved solving problems and building things, going on adventures, delivering meals-on-wheels, playing tennis and skiing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Doris and their 4 children: Paul. Eileen, Peter and Timothy; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren (with 1 more on the way!). He leaves family, relatives and friends with many wonderful memories.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on September 6, 2022 at St. Clements Church, 231 Lake Ave. Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
A burial with full military honors will follow at 11:30AM at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY.
Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Burke& Sons/ Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Home, 628 N. Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
