Saratoga Springs, NY - Raymond P. Flower, Jr., a long time resident of Saratoga Springs, passed away Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 in Spring Hill, Florida. He was 89. Born on July 7, 1920 in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Raymond P. Flower, Sr. and Laura Van Pelt Flower. In addition to his parents, Raymond was predeceased by his loving wife of 62 years, Deletra Flower and a son, Raymond P. Flower, III. Survivors include his children, Donna Fiorini, Sally Bonenfant, Terri LeFever and Robert P. Flower. Relatives and friends may call from 9:30 to 11am Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 at the William J.
