Saratoga Springs, NY – Richard G Ash passed quietly at home on October 9, 2025. He was 68 years old. He was born in New Hartford, NY on April 6, 1957 to the late Earl and Dorothy Ash.

Dick attended Saratoga Springs High School. He retired from the Essity paper company.

In his younger days, Dick enjoyed hunting, motorcycling and boating, spending many hours on Sacandaga Lake. He had a knack for being able to fix just about anything and actually enjoyed reading instruction manuals, which his family especially appreciated.

He is survived by his brother and sisters, Barb Ash, Jim (Judi) Ash, and Nancy Paquette, all of Saratoga Springs and he leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes.

There will be no calling hours and services will be private at the request of the family.
