Saratoga Springs - Richard William Endres, 84, passed peacefully on Sunday, March 21, 2021 after a brief illness. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Richard was born in Albany, NY on February 1, 1937 to the late William and Stella Endres. He married Agnes Conley on April 27, 1957 and they raised seven children together over the course of their 63 year marriage. Richard lived life fully and had a number of jobs, including 27 years working for a beverage company. He loved fishing and doing hands-on projects in his basement workshop. He also enjoyed traveling and took annual trips with his close friends. Richard loved music and sang regularly in church and at family events; he could not be kept away from a dance floor.

He is predeceased by his father William and his mother, Stella and several aunts and uncles.

In addition to his wife Agnes, he is survived by his children, Greg Endres (Cindy), Linda Manley (Col. Gerald, ret.), Lisa Malone (Michael), William Endres (Maya), Erin Pezzulo (Dr. John), Ellen Endres, Richard Endres (Michelle), his brothers Ronald Endres (Annette) and James Endres (Dorothy), along with two aunts, three nieces, and one nephew. He was affectionately known as "Pa" to his thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren and he was overjoyed to learn recently that there are four more great-grandchildren expected this year.

Richard was the cornerstone of his family and will be dearly missed by those who knew him.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. John D. Kirwin on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the historic Church of St. Peter, 241 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Ave.
