Ballston Spa, NY - Robert Phillips, 90, formerly of Slingerlands, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 after a brief illness. Bob was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Betty. He ran his watch and clock repair business, "Tick of Time Jewelers", for nearly 60 years at the Four Corners in Delmar. He will be missed by his daughters, Linda of Cambridge, MA and Barbara (Steve Byrne) of Ballston Spa. There will be no public hours and services will be held at the convenience of the family.
