Gansevoort - Ronald L. Maynard died Thursday, October 9, 2008 at Saratoga Hospital. He was 70. Born on July 30, 1938 in Albany, New York, he is the son of the late William H. and Agnes L. Maxwell Maynard. Ronald worked for Topper Pontiac in Saratoga Springs, retiring in 2000. He loved to golf and spend time fishing with his dog. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Carol Henstenberg Maynard; five children, Peter R. Maynard (Cindi) of Brick, New Jersey, Kimberly L. Noonan (Peter) of Mechanicville, Kathleen A. Salisbury (John) of Ballston Spa, Michelle D. O'Brien of Gansevoort, Bonnie Jean Wilson (Lawrence) of Greenfield; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, October 14 at South Wilton Cemetery, Route 50. There will be no calling hours.
