Ballston Spa, NY - Rosemary S. Hartman, formally of Meadville, PA, passed away Monday, Nov. 7, 2011 at Saratoga Hospital. She was 73. Born on Dec. 9, 1937 in Troy, NY, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Rosemary (Watson) Bailey. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her siblings Ronald and Lonnie Bailey, Joyce Ciccarelli and William DeRosa. Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Dale Hartman of Meadville, PA; her children Kenneth L. Coonradt of Methuen, MA, Darlene M. Curtiss of Ballston Spa, Mark D. Coonradt of Hagaman and Michele M. Ryan of Ballston Spa; her step-children Bill Hartman of Findlay, OH and Deb Hartman of Bedford, OH; sisters Yvonne Watson, Alleda Streichman, Celina Christian, Vivian Bailey, Stephanie Romano all of Troy and Trudy Vincent of Watervliet; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Rosemary chose to be a part of the anatomical gift program. There will be no public calling hours. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11am Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Ballston Spa United Methodist Church, 101 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the church hall. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J.
