Ballston Spa, NY - Rudy Ruiz of Paisley Road, died Monday June 1, 2009 at Saratoga Hospital. He was 53. Born on September 13, 1955 in Manhattan, he was the son of Raymond and Carmen (Alicea) Ruiz, Sr., of Saratoga Springs. Rudy was employed as a painter for Black Tie Painting and Daves Painting in Saratoga Springs. He enjoyed doing yard work and spending time with his grandchildren. He was loved by many people. In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife JoAnn (Barbour) of Ballston Spa; two sons Rudy Ruiz, Jr. of New York City and James M. Brush of Corinth; two daughters Jennifer A. Brush of Ballston Spa and Erin Rose Reed of Saratoga Springs; three sisters Ruth (Ismael) Torres of Haines City, FL, Rosalind (Raul) Nicholaides of CA and Rayniel Ruiz of Saratoga Springs; two brothers Raymond (Josie) Ruiz and Robert Ruiz of Saratoga Springs. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 11to 12noon on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at the William J.
