Saratoga Springs - Ruth A. Thomas, 82, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2019 at Wesley Health Care Center surrounded by three of her Sons.

Born in Crown Point, NY on December 24, 1936, she is the daughter of the late Clayton and Della French. Ruth was a wonderful woman who always enjoyed her family and friends.

She worked as a housekeeper for several local hotels, was an avid bingo player and a terrific cook. Ruth loved the outdoors and loved to fish.

In addition to her parents and husband Louis, Ruth is predeceased by her loving companion, Ron.

Survivors include her seven sons; Louis, Steven, Ronald, James, Kevin, Donald, and Robert, her two daughters Carol and Sharon, several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11am on Friday, August 23, 2019 at William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Home, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11am at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery, Weibel Avenue, Saratoga Springs.
