Wilton, NY - Sandra L. (Howard) Kubish, 77, daughter of the late George L. Howard Sr. and Viola (Collucci) Howard died Thursday 12/23/21 at her home following a long illness. She is survived by her husband Joseph P.  Kubish; her daughter  Kimberly S. (Kenneth ) Brock; her son, Joseph P. (Jillair) Kubish Jr.; her brother George L. (Lynn) Howard Jr.; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Sandy was best known for her love and compassion toward others. She genuinely cared for everyone she met, and did her best to make a positive difference in their lives. Most of all she enjoyed praying for people's needs and leading them to a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To know her was to love her.

Sandy was gifted in art, flower arrangement, singing, and playing her piano, guitar and Omni chord. She was also a great cook, excelling in everything from appetizers to the main course, but especially desserts.

Sandra worked several years for the New York State Department of Transportation in Albany. Later she became an ordained minister and with her husband co-pastored Spirit of Life Christian Church in Wilton, NY.

A memorial service in her honor will be held at Adirondack Christian Fellowship, 8 Mountain Ledge Drive, Suite 2, Wilton, NY 12831 at 2PM on Saturday, January 15, 2022. The service will be live-streamed (518-587-0623) for the benefit of those unable to attend in person.
