Saratoga Springs, NY – Sharon A. Greene passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2018, unexpectedly, at Albany Medical Center. She was 73.

Born on April 12, 1945 and a lifelong resident of Saratoga Springs, she was the daughter of the late Ralph E. and Mildred (Weiss) Wilhelm. She received a degree in Medical Imaging and worked over 30 years for Saratoga Hospital as an image technician, retiring in 2001.
Sharon worshiped at St. Clement's Church where she was a Eucharistic Minister, member of the Ladies of Charity and assisted with religious services at Wesley Health Care Center.

Survivors include her sons, James W., Jr. (Kimberly) of Wilton, and Gregory J. (Jamie) of Schuylerville; beloved grandchildren, Nathaniel, Alyssa, Camilla, Owen, Willow, Jamison, Brady and Layla; siblings, Diana "Didee" Bull of Saratoga Springs, Sandra "Sissy" Yoe of San Marcos, CA, Robert Wilhelm of Kenosha, WI and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call from 4 to 6pm Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (518-584-5373).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Monday, Aug. 27, 2018 at St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave. by Rev. Arthur B. Tuttle, C.Ss.R. Burial will be in the family plot at Maplewood Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Sharon's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
