Susan Kondash, age 73 of Saratoga Springs, NY passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on December 8, 2023.

Born in Trenton, NJ and raised in Morrisville, PA. She attended Pennsbury High School in Bucks County, PA. After graduating she worked for the NJ State Bar Association in Trenton, NJ. She married Joseph Kondash in 1970 who was active with the USAF and moved to Newport News, Virgina. They briefly lived in Levittown, PA then Willingboro, NJ. It was there that Susan and Joe had their only child, Wendy, and began studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses. They moved to Saratoga Springs, NY in 1974 and Susan was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in the same year. They became lifelong residents of Saratoga Springs.

Susan was an active member of the East Saratoga Springs Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoyed her volunteer work tremendously, assisting many in the community. Susan was always happy, generously caring for others. Her deep love for family and friends was clear to all who knew her, viewing many as adopted brothers, sisters, and grandchildren. Due to her faith, family, and friends, she enjoyed a fruitful and fulfilling life, touching the lives of all she met.

Daughter of the late Elmer and Pearl Varadi, Susan is survived by her loving husband Joseph Kondash, beloved daughter Wendy (husband Larry Kutcher), sister Diane (husband David Matthews) of Morrisville PA., along with their children: Grant of Levittown, PA, Dean of Morrisville, PA, Devon (wife Jackie) of Yardley, PA. She is survived by many cousins as well as a niece and many nephews in NJ and PA.

Susan's services will be held on Saturday, December 16th at 3:00 PM. It will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 194 Edie Road, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
