IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Suzanne C.
Bullard
November 30, 1941 – December 31, 2023
Victory Mills, NY - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Suzanne Bullard on December 31, 2023. Suzanne passed peacefully with her daughter by her side. Born Suzanne Warner, on November 30, 1941, she lived a life full of love, kindness, and generosity. Suzanne's lasting legacy is a testament to the simple grace with which she lived her life, and the significant impact she has left on the lives of those she loved.
She was predeceased by her husband, of 45 yrs, Albert Bullard; her partner, Gary Ingram; and her parents, Charles A. and Ethel A. Warner; as well as her brothers, Charles G Warner, James Warner, and L. Clyde Warner.
Suzanne is survived by her daughter, Loni Foote; her son-in-law, Robert Foote Sr.; her sisters, Jane Lewis (Harvey) and Martyne Ray; her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Robert Foote Jr., Samantha Foote, Albert Lukas Foote (Alyssa), Robert Foote III, and Peyton Foote; several nieces, nephews and her best friend, Mona McLaughlin.
Suzanne was a woman of many passions, and among them was her love for animals, following family and friends on social media, playing the game Words with Friends (she seemed to be able to beat anyone without cheating), and spending time with family. While Suzanne never seemed to relish the spotlight, as a child she sang competitively, during elementary school morning announcements, and for the opening of the local rodeo. Like her father, she also had an artistic flare. Whenever possible, she cherished her trips to Hollywood, Florida, a beloved vacation spot where she could visit family and find solace in the familiar surroundings of her childhood hometown.
Described often as a woman with a warm smile, Suzanne's kindness was a hallmark of her personality, and the way she greeted everyone she met reflected the depth of her caring nature. Among her many accomplishments, many will fondly remember Suzanne's contribution as a childcare provider, a role she fulfilled with love and devotion. She built lasting relationships with every child she cared for, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.
As we mourn her loss, we treasure the memories Suzanne left behind. Suzanne (Sue/Mom/Gram/GG) is greatly missed by her family, friends, and her faithful companion, her 14-year-old dachshund, Adrien. As we honor Suzanne's life, we will draw comfort from the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the difference she made in this world.
May her soul rest in absolute peace. John 14:1-6
