Wilton, NY- Sylvia Cohen, 98, passed away peacefully at the Home of the Good Shepherd in Wilton on Tuesday July, 26, 2022.

Born in Springfield, MA on February 4, 1924, she was the daughter of the late, Louis and Lena (Simon) Donshik.  Sylvia married her beloved husband, Bernard Cohen and the two spent over 65 loving years together until his passing in 2005.

Sylvia was employed for over fifty years as a medical assistant before her retirement.  She loved socializing and had many friends who loved her dearly.  She enjoyed playing cards, shopping and would come home bragging about getting a bargain.

Survivors include her only child, Susan Cohen Reid and her husband, John; her three grandchildren, Jesse, Eli and Seth Reid; three great grandchildren, Emmett, Felicity and Marleigh Reid.
