Voorhesville, NY - Theresa E. Silic (Terry) 71 years old, passed away peacefully Sunday May 22, 2022.  Terry was born September 30, 1950, in Greensburg, PA.

Her parents Agnes D. Silic and Merio W. Silic who lived in Saratoga Springs, NY were also originally from Greensburg PA.

Terry graduated from St. Peter's Academy Saratoga Springs class of 1968.

She worked at New York Telephone Company 1970-2000. She retired as a Maintenance Administrator Manager at Bell Atlantic/Verizon in 2000.

While in retirement Terry volunteered for a non-profit organization called Animal Lovers. She often took in and fostered animals that were hard to find homes.

She also enjoyed traveling. Just to include a few places:  England, France, Mexico and Aruba.  Many more!!!  She traveled by planes, trains, automobiles and boats.

Terry is the oldest sister of 9. She was everyone's favorite sister!!! She is survived by her siblings, Rose Brady (Matt), Karin Martin (Guy), Rudy (Shiela), Steve, Mary (Michael), Thomas (Sue), Peter, and Mark (Maureen); nieces Lauren, Molly, Theresa, Hannah, Nicole; one nephew Zachary; a few aunties Joan, Dorothy and Hellen; an uncle Leo also from PA; and cousin Nancy. A very close family!!!

Relatives and friends may call from 4pm-7pm, Thursday, May 26 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 N. Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 (518-584-5373). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am, Friday, May 27 at St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave, Saratoga Springs. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Ave.

A big thank you to the hospice nurses at St. Peter's hospital that cared for Terry!!!
