Thomas Samuel Fernandez passed away May 7th 2024, in the loving embrace of his parents. Born on March 6th 2024 to Alicia Bean and Eric Fernandez.

He was blessed with and survived by four siblings, Landen, Olivia, Charlie and Amelia, as well as four loving Grandparents, Christina and James Bean, and Barbara and Antonio Fernandez.

While Thomas was only here briefly with us he experienced a lifetime of love and left us with memories that will be forever cherished.

A graveside service will follow at Greenridge Cemetery, Lincoln Ave.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Albany Medical Center NICU (Bernard and Millie Duker Children's Hospital) and Building on Love , both of which have been very helpful during our time of need.
