Thomas Edward Loya, age 58 of Saratoga Springs- passed away on November 25, 2025, at Saratoga Hospital with family by his side.

Tommy was born on November 28, 1966 in Saratoga Springs to Shirley Louise Loya and Thomas Joseph Loya.

Tommy was predeceased by his Mother Shirley Loya and survived by his Father Thomas Loya; brothers Jeffery Loya and Robert Loya; his longtime partner Sandra Hamlin and many other loved ones and friends.

Tommy spent his career as a painter- He worked for several different companies including his brothers- RJ Loya Contracting.

Tommy enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. He enjoyed the Saratoga racetrack- not only did he like to watch the horses but more so, he liked betting on them. He also was a loyal Buffalo Bills fan for as long as anyone can remember.

Tommy was like a giant teddy bear; he always had a smile on his face and loved to joke around. After his mother's passing in 2011 Tommy spent his days at home helping to take care of the house and his father.

He will be loved and missed by all that knew him.
