Ballston Spa, NY - Travis M. Benson of Stone Church Rd. passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Saratoga Hospital. He was 19. Born on Aug. 9, 1991 in Saratoga Springs, NY he was the son of Scott and Alice (Benson) Kilburn. Travis was a proud graduate of Saratoga Springs High School and loved wearing his class ring. He enjoyed getting on the computer to chat with his friends, loved riding his bike and playing his X-Box. Travis looked forward to going to Goose Pond with his friend Bobby and also liked learning as much as he could about cars. He was a devoted dad to his daughter Keira and loved spending time with her, his family and friends. Travis especially loved his Gramma K, and his sister, Jana, was like a second mom to him. He was employed by the Town of Milton Highway Dept. and enjoyed going to work every day. In addition to his parents Scott and Alice, his Gramma K, his sister Janina Robles and his daughter Keira Kimball, Travis is survived by three brothers, Richard Benson, Scott Kilburn II and Kyle Kilburn all of Ballston Spa; his nephew Ayden and niece Nadia; several aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be no public calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 10am Friday, May 20, 2011 at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 149 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs by the Rev. Adam C.
