Greenfield Center, NY - Vilma Valla Sadlon died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014 at the Saratoga Care Nursing Home. Born Sept. 23, 1922 and living in the area her whole life, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Philipinia Michalik Valla. She is predeceased by her husband Rudolph, a sister and two brothers. Employed at Van Raalte for several years as a seamstress, Vilma also loved her flowers. Survivors include her daughter Cheryl Willard and her husband Michael, a grandson Shawn Willard and his wife Danielle, step great grandson Matthew, a great grandaughter Kaitlyn and grandaughter Sierra Willard, all of Greenfield Center, along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family with burial in St. Peter's Cemetery.
