Ballston Spa, NY - William H. Nellis of Ford St. passed away Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009 at Saratoga Hospital. He was 52. Born June 29, 1957 in Gloversville, NY, he was a son of the late Donald and Patricia (Carr) Nellis. William received an honorable discharge from the Navy after eight years of service. He attended Mildred Elley College and worked as a Paralegal for a law firm in San Francisco, CA. He was a good hearted person and loved by his family and friends. William will be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Marlene Harding. Survivors include three sisters, Margaret Bruce of Florida, Colleen Cozzolino of Gloversville, Kathleen Simek (Francis) of Allentown, PA; two brothers, John Nellis of Ballston Spa, Donald J. Nellis of Gloversville and several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
